Precautions Before Operating Batching Plant

Check The Machine Carefully Before Operating

Before using the stationary concrete batch plant, you should check the machine carefully. This is done not only to ensure the normal operation of the machine, but also for the safety of the operators. You should do the following steps.

1. Check whether there is enough lubricating oil in each reducer casing and lubricating part;

2. Check the power supply voltage and the rated voltage is 380 volts, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the machine;

3. Inspect whether the wiring of motors and electrical components is firm. Make sure the wires are safe before connecting to the power supply;

4. Connect the water channel and check whether the water pump can be used normally;

5. Inspect the fastening of the connecting bolts at all parts, especially the connecting of moving parts, and tighten them if there is looseness;

6. Examine whether there is any sundry matter in mixing drum, hopper, and rail rack. If there is any accumulation, please clean it up in time;
