The process flow of the crushing and screening production line
1. Hard materials such as granite and basalt are processed by blasting or excavated, and the cave is mined into aggregates smaller than 1250mm.
2. The aggregate is fed to the raw material silo by the dump truck and then evenly supplied to the jaw crusher by the rod feeder with pre-screening function, and crushed into 100-250mm semi-finished materials.
3. The crushed material is conveyed by a belt conveyor to a cone crusher with medium and fine crushing function for secondary crushing, and then crushed into a 6-45mm mixed finished aggregate by the cone crusher.
4. The finished aggregate is conveyed by the belt conveyor to the subsequent first screening workshop for grading and screening. After the first screening, there are some relatively large aggregates that need to be conveyed to the fine crushing cone crusher through the belt conveyor again for crushing, and then enter a screening workshop for screening, and finally, the finished aggregate products that meet the requirements are transported to the finished product silo through a belt conveyor, and the large particles that do not meet the requirements are returned to the fine crushing cone crusher for cyclic crushing.
