Before installation, all components and connections of the mixing station should be checked according to the packing list, and the damage status during the transportation of the machine should be checked. Install the outriggers, connect the axle to the chassis through the support.
Assemble all parts of the cement bin one by one on the ground，install the circuit of the upper and lower level gauges, the circuit of the dust collector, etc., and check it.
The first ground connection on the screw conveyor is good, the overall hanging from the screw conveyor, resorted to the opening of the inlet timing cement weighing hoppers, feed positive opening of the discharge port cement silo.
The main chassis is connected with the leg hanging from the chassis so that the host is connected with the bracket, fixed leg, and then connect the walkway, and bracing funnel. Weigh the admixture well. Connect the belt head support.
